Spectrobes fanfic: 1

Chapter one

Crystal wandered in the mucky planet, the crashed cruiser far behind her. Her past life and memories lay in waste. The eleven year old barely managing to pull her feet out of the dark goo this planet seemed to be covered by. She spotted a sort of dead tree and rushed towards it. As she approached it her foot hit something hard she didn't expect. Crystal cried out in fear but dug in the filth to find what her foot had hit. She held some sort of creature. In fact it looked as if it had simply fallen asleep. She smiled and thought maybe it needed a lullaby. A pure sound rung from her throat. The object slowly stretched and moved revealing itself to be a sort of rabbit. She was amazed. She herself had woken up something thus adorable from an eternal sleep. The rabbit organism slid up her arm and came to rest on her left shoulder. Suddenly not feeling so lonely anymore Crystal fell asleep on the tree.
